Nahmias offers a 14-day return window for all unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached to ensure your complete satisfaction. Please note that all sale items and international orders are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Carefully pack your items in the original shipping box or a similar secure mailer, ensuring all original designer labels and security tags are intact.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and affix it securely to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Refund
Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
